VIP Emergency Service

If you’re running late, stuck in traffic, have a last minute emergency or just want to go out for the evening straight from work, call VIP to look after your pet. All you have to do is text or ring us and we’ll do our utmost to be there. All regular VIP customers (for whom we are a key holder) have automatic access to this invaluable service.

Not a VIP customer but want access to this service?

Cooper To be eligible to use our VIP Emergency Service we need to find out about and meet you and your VIP. Once we have a care plan in place, we ask for a back and front door key to your home. You can then use our services as many times as you need to. All we ask of our dog-owning customers is that you book at least one ‘one-off’ dog walk every 4-6 weeks. That way, your dog knows us as a friend, not a threat and we all feel safe when we deliver this service.

In busy periods and especially with little notice, we may be unable to walk your dog for very long. However, we will make sure that they are comfortable and have had a loo break before leaving them.

Important Note:

This service will only be available to customers who have already registered with us.
VIP will not carry out this service if we have not met and bonded with your pet.
VIP have the right to refuse this service if we feel that we may be in danger when entering a property.

VIP Safety Precautions

All customers’ keys are kept in a secure safe. In the unlikely event that they ever end up in the wrong hands, the key fobs are colour coded and do not contain names, addresses or alarm codes. Your personal details are kept in a seperate, secure location - not electronically.

VIP Pet Chauffeur

VIP offer a safe, dependable and comfy door-to-door chauffeur service for cats, dogs and most household pets. Whether you’re off to the vets, grooming salon or moving house, we will make sure your pet travels in style and has a stress-free ride in our specially modified vehicle. You can come along too if you like! We can also carry out any pet-related errands.

VIP Pretty Paws Home Grooming

VIP offer a home grooming service for dogs who hate going to the grooming salon! We’ll give your dog a good tiring walk so they’re nice and relaxed before getting them scrubbed up to their former glory! We also offer ‘one-off’ quick dips – for dogs who love rolling around in the most revolting muck they can find! Let VIP bathe your dog in the comfort of your home – we’ll even clean the bathroom afterwards!
